BMA House tackles Blue Monday head on with new Healthy Menus

BMA House venue is tackling Blue Monday head on by launching its new healthy DDR menu for events for winter 2016. The third Monday in January (Monday 18 January) is reported to be the most depressing day of the year, but there are simple changes that can be made to improve your temperament and focus throughout the year…. starting with your diet at work.

“It’s no secret that a good diet has a positive effect on your mood and energy levels, both in the short-term and in the long-term”, says Rebecca Hurley, Deputy Head of Events for BMA House. “We want everyone visiting our venue to enjoy more productive meetings and that’s why we are very excited to launch our new healthy menu. The food is freshly prepared by our Chef, who demonstrates that food can be both nutritious and delicious!”

BMA House aims to lead by example.  Their new Healthy menu features a revitalising breakfast, energising midmorning snack, freshly prepared buffet lunch and afternoon refreshments served with Fairtrade tea and coffee.
