BACKGROUND

After a successful career working in sales and marketing in the digital media space, Griselda reinvented after having two daughters. She wanted to create something she was passionate about and that made people happy. As a biscuit enthusiast, she created Enchanting Bakes - making delicious hand baked, iced biscuits that have both a function and also make people happy! Biscuits are universally loved and they make them delicious and memorable.

Enchanting Bakes are genuinely passionate about offering a consistent, well made and delicious product that will deliver against their client's objectives. Griselda loves thinking up new creative ideas to deliver for an event, or marketing promotion. In summary, delicious, memorable biscuits that make people happy!

CREATE COCKTAILS

Create Cocktails provide bespoke mobile bars, delicious cocktails and bar refreshments, glassware and staffing for all of your event needs. They offer an exclusive range of mobile bars, which come in a variety of designs and layouts. They have a knowledgeable and dedicated team of event staff who specialise in management, training, drinks styling, event bartending, flair bartending and back of house support. You can count on their enthusiasm, excitement and integrity!

BACKGROUND

25 years ago, Dan and Charlie, began their careers in hospitality, working across a wide range of venues throughout London and abroad. Having met while working at the Ian Schrager Hotel Group they decided to start their own events company. In 2004, Create Cocktails was launched as a bespoke, high end events company. Since then it has steadily and organically grown in to a leading events provider within the UK.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

Create Cocktails have spent many years developing a client base that trust and love to work with them because they know they can deliver an excellent bar service without having to ask questions. They would love to continue developing that client base further, and deliver more memorable events.

Black Saucers provide contemporary tableware hire for events. Whether you are looking for water glasses only or a full table design, Black Saucers have the products to help. They work closely with event professionals to make the hiring process as smooth as possible. Stylish design and flexible service are at the heart of Black Saucers. Simply put, they’re here to make your tables look phenomenal.

BACKGROUND

Black Saucers was born from a frustration of how quality and contemporary tableware was impossible to find in Kent. From a throwaway comment on a holiday with a schoolfriend, here they are close to two years later. The business has grown significantly since then, and they've travelled as far as Ayr. However they've remained true to simple guiding principles and have loved every moment of the journey.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

Black Saucers have big plans for this winter and beyond. They're increasing our stock profile significantly over the coming months, and have further plans to increase this in 2024 and beyond. September saw them move into a much larger industrial unit, which has allowed them to take the next steps in their growth.

FRANKIE'S CERAMICS

EVENT OFFERING

Frankie's Ceramics run pottery classes and workshops where they teach you all there is know about Pottery. They also teach you how to make something special, whether that is a bowl, a mug or even a vase. As well as hosting classes and workshops, they also sell handmade ceramics on their website too. 

BACKGROUND

Frankie has always had a passion for Pottery, she decided to take an evening pottery class and once completed, she caught the bug and made it her career. She started selling her work and decided to start teaching the art of Pottery to the world. She has employed Olivia who helps her run the small business and since then, business has been great and they would like to keep growing from here. 

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

They want to expand their business to be able to deliver the brand to a much wider and broader audience across the world. They want to be able to teach everyone the art of Pottery.

As a Producer in TV commercials, Amanda worked with big brand clients and filmed all over the world. However, whilst on maternity leave, media reporting on the urgency of the climate crisis was ramping up. Driven by apprehension for her young daughter’s future, Amanda was compelled to take action.

They aim to expand reforestation efforts globally, including oceans. They want to educate more students worldwide about environmental conservation. They're keen on innovative sustainability, nature-based solutions and fostering partnerships to create a liveable planet.

ALLSTAR CREW

Allstar Crew are an events crew providing their workforce nationwide, across a number of sectors including the installation of event lighting, sound, site, staging, set building, plant operators, marquee building, exhibitions and more!

BACKGROUND

James and Anthony came into the industry working for a crewing company for the London Olympics in 2012. In 2018 they went freelance, networked and worked for some incredible clients. Over time as their clients grew and required more reliable and hardworking staff, the team began introducing fellow colleagues that they had worked with over the years to their clients. In January 2020, they realised it was time to take the next step and make it a business venture. Here they are today...

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

To grow to a sensible size (not too big) to which they can accommodate more staff, both full time and part time, and of course more clients! They want to create a fun, hard working, motivated environment in which they can support, teach and help build towards their future plans!

TRIPLETONICS

TripleTonics is laser focused on delivering the ultimate mobile bar service. They can manage the entire beverage element of events, taking the stress away from clients and allowing them time to focus on other areas of their event. They can supply: bar units & equipment, glassware, bartenders, delicious drinks, travel & logistics, as well as plenty of branding opportunities. The team are professional, interactive & fun. Coupled with thorough event coordination, this is what makes them stand out.

BACKGROUND

Firstly their founder, Tommy, has an innate passion for events and beverages, as well as experience in executing over 100 event bars. Secondly, there's a gap in the market for TripleTonics. There are plenty of food caterers in the UK, but when it comes to premium mobile bars, the options are fewer. Event planners may get their food caterer to supply the beverages for their events, which can often be underwhelming. TripleTonics are here to change the game and give beverages the love and respect they deserve.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

Their ambition is to become the go-to premium mobile bar brand in the UK for large-scale corporate and private events. Building long lasting relationships with clients, where they can execute recurring events and work shoulder to shoulder to deliver their events in exactly the style they want.

CANDID STUDIOS

Candid is an exciting self-portrait studio, where the photographer is you. Think photo booth with a twist and the shutter is in your hands. A Korean-inspired concept that is in pursuit of the analogue atmosphere in a digital world. They're all about elevating guest experience, creating high impact social moments and bringing a buzz to your events.

BACKGROUND

After a turbulent 2022, came the journey of self-discovery which led to Aimee and Lily finding the purpose of Candid - to empower. They, by fate, discovered South Korean self-portrait studios in 2022, which spread joy and memories like wildfire. They want Candid to feel like your self-love project, celebrating people and their stories and making you feel like you can do anything.

To have studios across the world that are the hub for people to capture themselves and their people!

VINTAGE VAN EVENTS

Vintage Van events offer personalised mobile bar/cocktail van service for parties, corporate events and functions.

BACKGROUND

Vintage Van Events was created as a plan to escape the corporate world which is all they have known since leaving school. The team invested in one van for their own street trading coffee venture and then added a second van to get into the events/mobile bar space. They haven't looked back since and have no regrets in starting their own company!

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

They would love to see the brand becoming more popular in the events space, so much so, that they increase the amount of vans they have in order to accommodate demand.

GREENERROADSHOWS

EVENT OFFERING

GreenerRoadshows is an end-to-end service that analyses, mitigates, calculates, offsets, certifies and communicates Carbon Emissions to companies and agencies that create events and roadshows.

BACKGROUND

GreenerRoadshows was born whilst on the road with a longstanding client. It stemmed from the search for ways to minimise the carbon intensity of events and roadshows that they support their clients with. They have worked to create their own carbon calculation tool, they've expanding their mitigation initiatives and have partnered with a 3rd party for auditing and compliance purposes. They calculate, mitigate, offset and certify events as Carbon Neutral as well as help their clients lower their emissions.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

To help to decarbonise the events industry and establish mitigation and offsetting as a common practice.

IT STARTED WITH LU

EVENT OFFERING

It Started with Lu offer 1-1 and group sessions for large and small business at their centre in Hertfordshire. Their programmes offer companies the chance to help their staff think outside their limitations and understand themselves and each other with more clarity. Their sessions involve interacting with horses. No previous experience of horses is needed and there is no riding involved.

BACKGROUND

Team building, leadership programmes and wellness days for companies looking for something unique and powerful. A community interest company based in Hertfordshire offering businesses the opportunity to build team connections, leadership skills, increase morale and improve overall wellbeing alongside horses.

FUTURE ASPIRATIONS

It Started with Lu is a community interest company with the aim of helping those in the community improve their overall mental health and well-being. Their Grow for Business programme will help fund projects for those in need while helping businesses achieve their goals.
