The London Summer Event Show is a boutique exhibition that brings together a mix of the best summer venues and suppliers with hundreds of top event buyers. The Shows split event format consists of an evening event exclusively for Event Agents and a full day event dedicated to Corporate Event Buyers.
The Show was created to fill a gap in the industry for events that truly prioritise the experience of both visitors and exhibitors. Now celebrating over 10 successful years, the Show continues to deliver exceptional, immersive experiences and provide valuable insights and inspiration to event planners across London and beyond.
Organised by Story Events, the Show runs parallel with its sister event the London Christmas Party Show (taking place later in the year).
Both Shows are designed to stand out and provide a unique, engaging exhibition experience, where guests can enjoy delicious complimentary food and drink, lively entertainment, insightful seminars, hands-on workshops, rejuvenating wellness sessions and of course, an abundance of event inspiration.
This year’s theme embraces the dazzling allure of the 1920s infused with the vibrancy of a tropical paradise. Inspired by the power and style of the new Apple+ show, this year’s theme, Palm Royale, evokes a sense of playful luxury, perfectly embodying the essence of summertime. Set against the breathtaking Art Deco architecture of Freemasons’ Hall, experience the opulence of Palm Springs and dance your way through the lush, vibrant spaces of this stunning Grade-II* listed building.
