Freemasons' Hall

Freemasons’ Hall is a prestigious and historic Grade II* listed venue, located in the heart of the West End. Renowned for its stunning Art Deco interior, cinematic appeal, and impressive scale, this iconic venue offers a grand, creative setting that perfectly complements the energy of our London Summer Event Show.

Being in the heart of the West End, parking is extremely limited. However, there is a small parking garage, Intelli-Park Covent Garden, which is just 3 minute walk from the venue.

Story Gives Back

We launched our #StoryGivesBack initiative to give back to the industry we love and know so well by helping to promote small or new event suppliers to the events market.

WHAT IS STORY GIVES BACK?

#StoryGivesBack represents a special area at our Shows (London Summer Event Show & London Christmas Party Show), where 2 stand spaces are given free-of-charge to small/new event suppliers helping to boost their presence in the market.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Small or new suppliers have the opportunity to apply to be part of the scheme. Once the applications are received, we invite our past visitors to participate in a vote, giving them the chance to choose the suppliers they would most like to see featured at the Show.

I have registered to attend, but I haven’t received confirmation?

You should have received an email from [email protected] confirming if your registration was successful or not. Please check your junk inbox and if you can’t see anything, drop us an email.

When will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be available for collection upon arrival to the Show, you will just need to state your name on arrival.

Will there be any food and drink?

Yes! We offer delicious complimentary catering throughout both days of the Show, courtesy of our catering partners, Moving Venue.

How do I sign up to a seminar, workshop or wellness session?

To check which sessions you have registered for and/or add sessions to your schedule, you can login to your visitor profile here.

Please note: This year our workshops will be run as drop-in sessions. While we can’t guarantee a spot, we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone. We encourage you to register your interest in advance, but please note that spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session is full, feel free to return later - we’d love to see you there!

What day should I attend?

Tuesday 4th February is curated to suit Event Agents (organising external events on behalf of clients) and Wednesday 5th February is curated to suit Corporate Event Buyers (organising internal events for your company). However you are more than welcome to join on whichever day suits your schedule best.

Can I switch which day I am registered for?

Yes, your ticket is valid for both days, please email us via [email protected] and we will update your application.

I can no longer attend, is my ticket transferable?

Unfortunately, your ticket is not transferable. If you can no longer make it, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. If a colleague would like to attend in your place they will need to register here.

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes! You can, please register your colleagues here.

I work at an event venue/supplier, can I attend as a guest?

Unfortunately our entry policy restricts event venues and suppliers attending as guests. This is to ensure that our paying exhibitors are meeting with qualified event buyers only. If you wish to exhibit at a future show, please contact the team here.
